The purpose of ARE YOU CONTENT?'s personal data policy is to explain how we collect, protect, and use personal information. This personal data policy is directed towards individuals with a professional relationship to ARE YOU CONTENT? and those visiting areyoucontent.dk.

ARE YOU CONTENT? is subject to applicable data protection legislation, which as of May 25, 2018, is referred to as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). ARE YOU CONTENT? acts as both a data processor and data controller, depending on the situation.

MARKETING VIA EMAIL, SMS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA
ARE YOU CONTENT? only sends emails with marketing content to individuals who have previously subscribed and given their consent. In all emails containing marketing material sent by ARE YOU CONTENT?, you have the option to inform us if you do not wish to receive emails in the future. You can notify us at any time that you do not wish to receive marketing material via email by sending a message to thomas@areyoucontent.dk.
If you are a customer of ARE YOU CONTENT? and have provided us with your email address, we can send you emails with marketing content without your consent if our communication is about the products and services – or similar products and services – you purchase from us.
When you sign up for an event, a newsletter, or fill out a contact form on ARE YOU CONTENT?'s website, you simultaneously consent to us contacting you personally with news, special offers, and invitations. You provide various personal details, such as your name, email address, and mobile number. ARE YOU CONTENT? uses this information to contact you via email, SMS, and social media platforms (such as Facebook and LinkedIn) with offers for other events, news, and product offerings that we believe may be of interest to you. ARE YOU CONTENT? does not disclose your personal information to third parties. We use cookies, and here's why. A cookie is a small data file that we store on your computer to assist you during your visit and to recognize you when you return.
